Who I am.
Clockwork AI is run by Callum Broadfoot in Manchester. I decide how your details are used, so I'm responsible for them.

What I collect.
- When you book
- Your name, email, phone number and anything you write in the notes. Bookings are made through Cal.com and go into Callum's Google Calendar.
- When you get in touch
- Your number or email address, and what you tell me, when you call, text, WhatsApp or email.
- When you visit
- This site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address and browser, to run and protect it. The fonts load from Google Fonts, which also sees your IP address.
- Cookies
- I don't use analytics or advertising cookies. The calendar on my booking page comes from Cal.com, which may set its own.
Why I use it.
To reply to you, hold the call you booked, and give you the quote or the Clockwork Check you asked for. The law calls this taking steps you've asked for before a contract, and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
I never sell your details, and I don't add you to marketing lists.
Who else sees it.
Only the services I need to run the business.

Some of these companies store data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK law requires.
How long I keep it.
If an enquiry doesn't turn into work, I delete your details within 12 months.
If you become a client, I keep your details while we work together, and my business records for as long as the law requires for tax.
When I build for you.
The systems I build run in your tools and handle your customers' details. Those details are yours. I only use them to set things up, fix them and look after them, on your instructions, and I put that in writing before I start.
Your rights.
You can ask me for a copy of your details, ask me to correct or delete them, or object to how I use them. Email callum@clockworkai.app and I'll reply within a month.
If you're not happy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
