Who I am.
Clockwork AI is run by Callum Broadfoot in Manchester. I decide how your details are used, so I'm responsible for them.

What I collect.
- When you book
- Your name, email, phone number and anything you write in the notes. Bookings are taken by the booking service I use, and go into my calendar.
- When you get in touch
- Your number or email address, and what you tell me, when you call, text, WhatsApp or email.
- When you use the chat
- The messages you type, so the chat can reply. If you leave your name, business or trade, phone or email, and what you need, I store that lead so I can get back to you. The chat is not a booking, and it is not a quote.
- When you visit
- The company that hosts this website keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address and browser, to run and protect it. It also provides cookie-free, anonymous visit statistics, such as which page was viewed, a rough location like the country, and the type of device. The fonts on this site are loaded from elsewhere, which also sees your IP address.
- Cookies
- I don't use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. The visit statistics do not set a tracking cookie. The calendar on my booking page comes from the booking service, which may set its own.
Why I use it.
To reply to you, hold the call you booked, and give you the Free Website Check or the quote you asked for. The law calls this taking steps you've asked for before a contract, and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries. The anonymous visit statistics help me see which pages are used, nothing more.
I never sell your details, and I don't add you to marketing lists.
Who else sees it.
Only the services I need to run the business.

- Takes your booking.
- Calendar, email and fonts
- My calendar, my email inbox, and the fonts on this site.
- Email forwarding
- Forwards email sent to clockworkai.app.
- Website host
- Hosts this website, provides the cookie-free, anonymous visit statistics, runs the chat, and stores chat leads privately.
- Only if you message me there.
Some of these companies store data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK law requires.
How long I keep it.
If an enquiry doesn't turn into work, I delete your details within 12 months.
If you become a client, I keep your details while we work together, and my business records for as long as the law requires for tax.
When I build for you.
The systems I build run in your apps and handle your customers' details. I only use them to set things up, fix them and look after them, on your instructions, and I put that in writing before I start.
Your rights.
You can ask me for a copy of your details, ask me to correct or delete them, or object to how I use them. Email callum@getclockworkai.com and I'll reply within a month.
If you're not happy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
