Terms

Website terms, in plain English.

These cover the use of clockworkai.app. Work I do for a client is covered by what we agree in writing before I start. Last updated 30 October 2026.

Who I am.

This website is run by Callum Broadfoot, trading as Clockwork AI, a sole trader in Manchester. There is no company number on these terms because I am not publishing one here.

Questions: email callum@getclockworkai.com or ring 07460 038202.

Using this site.

You can read these pages, book a call, ring me or message me on WhatsApp. Please don't misuse the site, try to break it, or scrape it in a way that gets in the way of other people using it.

The pages are general information about what I do. They are not a quote, and they are not advice for your particular business until we've talked and agreed something in writing. Sample conversations on the site are samples. Where I give a number, I say where it came from. I don't invent results.

The chat on this site answers from these pages. It is not a quote, and it cannot agree a price. Please don't use it to hammer the site.

How I handle personal details is on the privacy page, including cookie-free visit statistics.

The free call.

The first conversation is free. That call is the Free Website Check: a missed-call, website and reviews check. Booking it doesn't oblige you to buy anything, and it doesn't oblige me to take the work on.

The self-check on the Free Website Check page stays in your browser. It is not sent to me.

If we work together.

If you pay upfront, from day one you receive a full copy of the files and code, or I move the website into an account in your name. If you pay monthly, that happens after your 12th monthly payment. If you stop the monthly payments before the 12th, the site comes offline. The domain name is in your name either way. Hosting and care is a separate monthly service you can cancel any month. Missed-call answering, review requests and the other parts of the system run on a monthly plan. The setup, what the monthly plan includes, and the price are agreed on the call and put in writing before I start. These website terms don't set a minimum term, and they don't publish a price.

Nothing on the site is an offer I have to honour at a particular figure. If a page and a written agreement ever disagree, the written agreement is the one we both follow.

Words and pictures.

The words and the design of this site are mine, unless I say otherwise. Please don't copy them and pass them off as your own.

The D & P Roofing case study uses that firm's own job photos, name and published Which? score, as described on the work page. Those remain theirs.

If something's wrong.

I take care over what I publish. I don't promise the site will be up every minute, or that a third-party page I link to will stay the same.

I'm not liable for decisions you take from these pages alone, or for losses that aren't a foreseeable result of my breaking these terms. Nothing here limits liability that the law of England and Wales doesn't let me limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales hear disputes about them. If you're a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights your local law gives you.

If I change these terms, I'll change the date at the top. The version on the site is the current one for use of the site.
